Bartlesville’s fight to protect the innocence of children in public spaces continues to reveal just how tone-deaf local leaders are to the unmistakable positions of the vast majority of the citizens they are supposed to serve. This publication warned as the Bartlesville City Council attempted to quietly break their stated and recorded promise to the community of an ordinance banning adult-oriented performances, including drag shows, from its public spaces.
In learning their council representatives were about to enter into a subversive, one-year agreement to continue the perverse performances in the presence of minors, this time with no content restrictions whatsoever, under a taxpayer funded roof and with the protection of taxpayer funded security for the offenders, the citizens of Bartlesville showed up in full force, expressing their views in no uncertain terms. At a packed city council meeting, nineteen (19) citizens spoke passionately about their strong opposition to the proposed agreement with OKEQ-Bartlesville, with only one (1) speaker expressing support.
Perhaps one citizen, conveniently omitted from the city’s official video recording of the meeting that night, best expressed how arrogantly dismissive and insubordinate the council and the city’s attorney, Jess Kane, had been in defying open meeting rules and the trust of the community by negotiating with LGBT activists in the shadows after the council had publicly voted on a very different plan. Most telling during this lively meeting, on April 3rd, was that none of the five (5) city council members expressed any shock about attorney Kane taking a very different path than the one laid out for residents. It was clear that at least some of the council’s members were well aware of the clandestine negotiations. In the end, the council voted 3 to 2 to approve the agreement against the resounding will of the people. And now the residents are understandably seeking a recall of those backing the agreement.

In September 2022, there was a drag show, advertised to children, that took place on public property in Bartlesville. Many Bartians showed up at City Council meetings to voice their frustration that this was happening in our town. However, after asking our city attorney to draft an ordinance, our city attorney came back with an agreement with this group, but NOTHING to stop the events in our town, instead ALLOWING these events for the next year. Our city council voted 3-2 to make that agreement.
The three council members have not represented the desire of their voters that they represent. Join us to learn how we can recall these members.

Jess Kane is a weak person, in fact videos show him dressed as a woman, not that anything is wrong with Jess Kanes personal kinks, but when he then looks the other way when his buddies dress up pre-teen children in girls panties and suggests they enjoy anal sex there becomes the problem. The truth is coming out little by little. Jess Kane and his law partner David King represent the City of Bartlesville, the Economic Development Authority and every other "authority" of the City. They also are the attorneys for Cynthia Blanchard the new owner of the price tower! Ever since Cynthia Blanchard has come to Bartlesville and brought her transgendered friends, she has lied to the City. First claiming to operate an international cyber security company, she was given $1 MILLION in economic incentives to bring up to 50 high paying cyber security jobs. Blanchard got involved with the drag queen issues, she supported and brought in the sexual kinks she has been involved in from her California friends. We slowly have found out she claims multiple crypto currencies, to be bitcoin expert, run an international gold bank and gold backed crypto currency. She claimed to have $20 million to invest in the Price Tower, she later dropped that figure to a promise to put $10 million into the price tower. Then reports started to emerge of child abuses at the price tower since she took ownership of the building for just $10, then reports showed she assumed debt but that wasn't reported to the City, obvious tax evasion. The price tower is owned by a New Mexico company but pays no property taxes. Cynthia Blanchard brought in Dale Takio a man with a lengthy criminal record, Takio jacked the rent on the Bartlesville Arts Asssoc. a non-profit in the community for 70 years! Cynthia Blanchard made the BAA homeless through Dale Takio's jacking of the rent on the nonprofit. Blanchard was then given at least $100,000 from David Wood at the BDA approved by Dale Copeland and supported by Jess Kane and David King, supposedly for restaurants, interestingly David King and John Kane gave the Price Tower $25,000 just the year before for the exact same restaurants. Blanchard opened a restaurant with substandard food for 60 days and closed it claiming it made no money. Blanchard has fired most of the employees. Herasoft appears to be a phantom company with no substance and now the old county court house that was to be herasoft global headquarters is being sold. With mounting pressure Blanchard announced she would reopen the Copper Bar, but without food. There are rumors of child abuses going on in the tower. There are cases and testimony of Cynthia Blanchard claiming that lawsuits against her by American Express Credit Card for over $100,000 is small money to her corporations, she claimed a $19,000 judgment against her by Grand Cayman Islands to be another small matter. Now we are hearing the PTAC which is still collecting donations and running a nonprofit has terminated and dissolved its board of directors according to Judge Vaclaws brother Tyler in a recent Facebook quote: Tyler Vaclaw "I’d like to hear what the Price tower foundation Board has to comment on this. If the Balnchards can sell that, what will keep them from selling off pieces of the price tower?

Cynthia Blanchard's response to the EE reporter, oh so professional when caught red handed stealing the communities history: "Andy, what the f*** are you doing here? What the f*** are you doing?" Blanchard yelled from across the parking lot. "Are you trying to kill the Tower?"
Then Blanchard lies to the News reporter: Blanchard initially reported that the gate was being sent off to be restored and wasn't being sold, but confirmed that other pieces from storage and the museum were sold to keep the Price Tower afloat.
Keep the Price Tower afloat? What of Cynthia Blanchard's massive international conglomorate of companies located all over the world? What of her special contracts with governments? Her teams located all over the planet, the 10 secret jobs she moved to Bartlesville, the 50 jobs she promised the City in exchange of the $1,000,000.00 approved by the City Council? What of the restaurants in the Price Tower where Cynthia Blanchard was given another $140,000 for, or the $25,000 that John Kane gave from the Lyon Foundation just the year before. This entire Price Tower is being used as an insider piggy bank, and financed with the tax payer funds, probably with Federal money too. There are special city families that will be going to prison over this fiasco. There is no amount of money that can fix the damage that has been done to the artifacts, the building or the lives of the children who have been abused. We need a federal audit of all funds given to the City of Bartlesville, we need transparency about our tax dollars from David Wood's shady business practices. We need the City Council held to account. Every person that has sat on the PTAC board of directors during the past 20 years needs to have the IRS audit their lives and businesses. We need a petition to get to the bottom of all the shady business dealings, excess benefit gains, the backdoor dealings, the theft of our resources and art. We need to hold these people accountable. Cynthia Blanchard for certain belongs in a prison cell where she can't do any further damage to our City. We need to get real accounting. Just cause Tyler Vaclaw, Judge Russ Vaclaws brother says the PTAC is dissolved and they are still collecting money like a nonprofit is not enough. WE MUST HAVE ACCOUNTABILITY!
